Thorough referencing is taken up on applicants, including credit checks.
Insurances are offered including Building and Contents cover and Rent and Legal Protection.
Arrangements of Gas, Electrical and Energy Performance Certificates, where necessary.
Preparation of Professional Tenancy Agreement and Full Detailed Inventory.
All utilities are dealt with and meters read where necessary.
Deal with initial rent and deposit monies.
Deposits are paid to the Deposit Protection Service.
